Broodstock are kept outside in HDPE lined ponds for 8-10 months until they reach proper age for breeding. All the while they are fed a home grown organic food made inside MKA facilities to ensure biosecurity.

 

Once selected for breeding they are then transferred to indoor fibre tanks where the conditions perfect for natural mating are maintained.
